Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute heart failure meets the 2024 diagnosis and treatment guideline criteria and meets the indications for mechanical ventilation; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Informed consent provided and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal distension before NIV; 2. Severe abdominal contamination or skin breakdown; 3. Abdominal distension caused by other reasons; 4. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 5. Presence of mental illness.
