Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time stroke onset that meets the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014" (published in 2015), as confirmed by cranial CT or MRI imaging; 2. No restrictions regarding disease duration or history of previous strokes; 3. Stable condition following the stroke; 4. Age between 30 and 75 years; 5. Upper limb motor dysfunction; 6. Alert and oriented, with good cardiopulmonary function, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate well with training; 7. Willing to comply with the study protocol, adhere to lifestyle guidelines during the study, cooperate fully throughout the study, and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by mental impairment or cognitive function impairment [Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >110 mmHg) and diabetes. 3. Poor control or concurrent major diseases such as dysfunction of important organs like the liver, kidneys, and heart; 4. Functional disorders caused by other exposure factors (non-target diseases - stroke); 5. A history of long-term alcohol abuse or long-term use of central nervous system active drugs; 6. Built-in cardiac pacemakers or other metal medical devices implanted in the body; 7. Those with severe impairments in vision, hearing or comprehension; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. The researcher believes that there are any conditions that may harm the subject or prevent the subject from meeting or performing the research requirements.
