Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent phacoemulsification at the Cataract Center of our hospital between April 2025 and November 2025. 2. Patients who required secondary capsulorhexis enlargement due to an undersized capsulorhexis opening during surgery. 3. Patients with complete surgical video recordings that clearly demonstrate the capsulorhexis enlargement procedure and postoperative capsulorhexis configuration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of diseases affecting capsular bag stability, including zonular laxity, pseudoexfoliation syndrome, and uveitis. 2. History of other ocular surgeries (e.g., glaucoma surgery, vitrectomy). 3. Unclear surgical video recordings or missing key steps that prevent accurate evaluation and measurement.
