Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with intellectual disability meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese version of ICD-10: IQ below 70, significantly below the average level of their peers. 2. Individuals with intellectual disabilities experience difficulties in social adaptation, manifested in significant deficits in personal life skills and the fulfillment of social responsibilities. 3. Individuals with intellectual disability have an onset before the age of 18. 4. Individuals with intellectual disabilities must have at least one primary caregiver who has resided with the patient for the year preceding the onset of the condition and continues to do so until the conclusion of the study. Caregiver 1. Aged 18+; 2. Educational attainment: elementary school and higher; 3. Able to understand the content of the scales and questionnaires;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other serious illnesses that may have adverse effects on the patient and their family. 2. The source of information is not detailed or reliable. 3. Diagnosed with any type of mental disorder or cognitive impairment that may affect their ability to objectively provide information or complete the assessment. 4. Caregivers who experienced emotional during the interview, or were unable to complete the interview for other reasons.
