Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness to voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the study, with informed consent provided by the participant or their legal guardian; 2.Age between 18 and 65 years, inclusive, regardless of gender; BMI between 18.5 and 27.9 kg/m^2; 3.For participants with Multiple Sclerosis (MS): Must meet the 2017 McDonald criteria for a confirmed diagnosis of either Relapsing-Remitting MS (RRMS) or Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS); For participants with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD): Must meet the 2015 diagnostic criteria established by the International Panel for NMO Diagnosis, with priority given to those who are AQP4-IgG antibody positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent severe infections or unstable life-threatening diseases; 2.Contraindications to MRI, such as claustrophobia, metal intrauterine devices, cardiac stents, cochlear implants, or other implants that may affect MRI; 3.History of cerebral system disease; 4.Poor cooperation during the examination resulting poor in image quality; 5.Strokes of aneurysmal, arterial dissection, cardiogenic, small vessel disease, other known causes, or unknown causes; 6.Presence of hypertension, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, etc; 7.Patients with renal insufficiency, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children.
