Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–75 years; 2. Unilateral upper urinary tract stone confirmed by computed tomography (CT), with a cumulative stone diameter of 1–3 cm on CT; 3. Met the indications for RIRS; 4. Able to comply with the study protocol and complete study-related procedures; 5. Willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital or structural renal abnormalities, including horseshoe kidney, medullary sponge kidney, polycystic kidney, and ectopic kidney; 2. History of previous reconstructive surgery of the ipsilateral upper urinary tract; 3. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 4. Severe hydronephrosis (RPD > 2 cm); 5. Absolute contraindications to RIRS due to medical or other reasons; 6. Pregnancy.
