Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the "2019 Diagnostic Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China"; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. First-onset stroke with a disease course > 2 weeks; 4. Brunnstrom stage III or higher in the lower limbs; 5. Able to walk independently, with crutches, or wearing an ankle-foot orthosis (AFO); 6. Capable of cooperating with assessments and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Severe diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, or other organs; 3. Severe hearing or visual impairments; 4. Severe mental health issues such as anxiety or depression; 5. Severe bone, joint, or muscle disorders preventing cooperation with training.
