Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients are over 18 years old and up to 75 years old; 2.Undergo cardiac surgery with extracorporeal circulation, with extracorporeal circulation time exceeding 90 minutes; 3.Diagnosed with post-CPB vasoplegia within 6 hours after surgery; 4.Have postoperative renal injury and meet the indications for CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have experienced an allergic reaction to the study device (oXiris membrane or M100 membrane); 2.Pregnant or lactating patients; 3.Patients estimated to die within 48 hours; 4.Patients undergoing ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation); 5.Patients or their immediate relatives refuse to provide written informed consent;
