Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18 years or older, with no restrictions on gender. 2.Diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension following a right heart catheterization (RHC). 3.Currently receiving stable background therapy for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), which may include monotherapy or combination therapy with endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, prostacyclin analogs, and other medications. 4.Objective evidence of right ventricular dysfunction. 5.Sign the informed consent form. 6.With TG increased;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are allergic to fish or any ingredient of icosapent ethyl (IPE). 2.Patients who are currently taking other omega-3 fatty acid supplements and are unwilling to discontinue them.
