Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with unexplained infertility,which was defined as normal ovulation (or normal with ovarian stimulation), bilateral patent fallopian tubes as determined by laparoscopy or hysterosalpingography, normal semen analysis; 2. Have at least junior middle school education; 3. Have no history of mental illness; 4. Aged between 20 and 40 years old with body-mass index of less than 30kg/m²; 5. Have no other serious physical diseases; 6. Understand the study, provide informed consent, and voluntarily participate in the study; 7. Special cases that can be included:women with mild endometriosis (diagnosed by laparoscopy), polycystic ovarian syndrome according to the Rotterdam criteria (providing ovulation was confirmed with or without ovarian stimulation for at least six cycles),13 and previous IUI or IVF cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those requiring the use of donor sperm or IVF treatment; 2. Those with comorbid other mental disorders; 3. Those currently suffering from other serious physical illnesses or substance dependence; 4. Those participating in other clinical drug or psychological intervention studies; 5. Those deemed unsuitable for the clinical trial by researchers for other reasons.
