18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65 years old; 2. ASA classification of I-II; 3. Estimated endoscopy (either gastroscopy or colonoscopy) duration less than 20 minutes; 4. Estimated colonoscopy duration less than 25 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative use of vasoactive drugs; 2. Obese patients; 3. Modified Mallampati grade IV; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with mental disorders; 6. Patients allergic to propofol or alfentanil.
