Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants receiving LDCT for lung cancer screening from Jan 2010 to Dec 2025 at West China Hospital, Sichuan University; 2. >=18 years old; 3. Consecutive five-year follow-up with CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to cooperate in completing the examination; 2. Lack of baseline or follow-up data.
