Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients with a preoperative diagnosis of inguinal hernia; 2. Age >= 18 years; 4. Adequate cardiac, pulmonary, and coagulation function to tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 4. Preoperative thin-slice computed tomography (CT) performed; 5. Written informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent hernia, incarcerated/strangulated hernia; 2. Open surgery, Lichtenstein repair, or other surgical techniques.
