Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with primary lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 2.First-time recipient of combined drug therapy, with an expectation to receive at least 4 cycles of treatment (the combination regimen is not restricted); 3.Age = 18 years; 4.Capable of using a smartphone; 5.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score = 2; 6.Awareness of their own diagnosis and medication regimen; 7. Individuals who voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of mental illness or currently undergoing mental health treatment; 2.Diagnosis of malignancy in other organ sites; 3.Presence of cognitive impairment (indicated by =3 errors on the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire);
