Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnosis of nonspecific neck pain; 2. Age 18 to 60 years; 3. Visual Analog Scale score >= 3; 4. Neck Disability Index >= 5; 5. Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head and neck trauma or surgery; 2. Pathological changes observed in clinical examination, such as: cervical spine instability, head and neck fractures, spinal cord compression, tumors, etc.; 3. Systemic diseases related to the neck, such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis; 4. Use of medications that may affect perception; 5. Severe osteoporosis; 6. Cognitive or communication disorders, or visual impairments that affect the assessment process.
