Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-45 years, gestational age 37-42 weeks, ASA physical status Class I or II, singleton pregnancy, cervical dilatation 2-7 cm, pain score during uterine contractions (Numerical Rating Scale, NRS) > 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age <18 or over 45 years old, history of severe heart disease, chronic pain, lumbar spine pathology contraindicating intraspinal puncture, gestational age <37 or over 42 weeks, ASA classification Grade III or above, twins.
