Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight < 2500g; 2. Gestational age < 37 weeks; 3. No form of enteral feeding had been initiated before admission. 4. The family members of the child patient sign the informed consent form; 5. It can be fed orally and the feeding amount can meet the physiological needs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations; 2. Hospital stay <=7 days; 3. Transfer to another hospital or voluntary discharge during hospitalization.
