Interventions

High intensity group:Conduct respiratory muscle training at 50% of respiratory muscle strength, 5 sets per day (5 repetitions per set), 5 days a week, for four weeks
Low intensity group:Conduct respiratory muscle training at 20% of respiratory muscle strength, 5 sets per day (5 repetitions per set), 5 days a week, for four weeks

35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age must be >= 35 years and <= 75 years; 2.Confirmed diagnosis of stroke by cranial CT or MRI; 3.First-ever stroke; 4.Onset time between 2 weeks and 12 months; 5.Able to maintain a resting sitting position for at least 20 minutes; 6.Presence of respiratory-related symptoms (such as shortness of breath after activity or difficulty expectorating sputum) or decreased respiratory muscle strength (defined as maximal inspiratory pressure and/or maximal expiratory pressure below 70% of predicted values).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe consciousness disorder, unable to understand instructions or cooperate; 2. There is facial paralysis or lip closure restriction; 3. Those with severe heart, liver or kidney insufficiency; 4. Have undergone chest or abdominal surgery within the last six months; 5. Vital signs are unstable.
