Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals at risk of emotional disorders with a PHQ-9 score >= 10; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Possess normal comprehension and communication skills; 4. Provide informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been definitively diagnosed by a psychiatrist with any mental disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 2. Those suffering from severe or unstable physical illnesses (e.g., advanced cancer, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, etc.); 3. Those with a history of psychoactive substance abuse or dependence; 4. Those currently receiving other systematic, regular psychotherapy or psychological counseling; 5. Those judged by researchers to have a high risk of suicide or self-harm; 6. Those with any other conditions that make them unsuitable to participate in group psychological interventions.
