Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology. 2. Age >=18 years, expected survival >=1 month (evaluation required for advanced cohort). Assessment criteria: Comprehensive evaluation based on the patient's imaging tumor burden, key organ function, and physical status. Specific quantitative indicators: Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0-2, or Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >= 60. For patients in the advanced cohort, assessment and confirmation should be made jointly by two clinical physicians with the rank of associate chief physician or above, based on imaging examination results. 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidity with other malignant tumors or severe mental illnesses. 2. Women during pregnancy or those who are unable to participate in follow-up visits.
