Postoperative Sleep Disturbance (POSD) in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

Interventions

Control group :Sevoflurane inhalational anesthesia maintenance

Experimental arm 2:Propofol intravenous anesthesia maintenance

Experimental arm 1:Ciprofol intravenous anesthesia maintenance

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, female; 2. Gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy ( including total hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy ) under elective general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists ( ASA ) grade I-III; 4. The body mass index ( BMI ) was 18-30 kg / m^2; 5. Preoperative PSQI <= 7 points and AIS <= 6 points ( to ensure normal baseline sleep ); 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart and lung diseases; 2. History of drug allergy; 3. Cognitive impairment / communication difficulties; 4. Pregnancy / lactation; 5. Sedative / alcohol dependence; 6. Poor compliance; 7. Surgery after 6 p.m. ( avoid circadian rhythm interference ).
