Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. 2. Clinical stage III-IV based on the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging system, as assessed by enhanced computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 3. Patients who completed at two to three cycles of neoadjuvant platinum-based doublet chemotherapy combined with PD-1 inhibitor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous malignancy. 2. Presence of distant metastasis at the time of diagnosis. 3. Patients who did not undergo CRRT or surgery plus PORT after completion of neoadjuvant therapy. 4. Patients with incomplete or missing clinical data, or those lost to follow-up.
