Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Gender: No gender restrictions. 4. Diagnosed as osteoporotic or non-osteoporotic according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis (2022 Edition) and the WHO bone mineral density diagnostic criteria; 5. Scheduled to undergo spine-related surgery such as discectomy or decompressive laminectomy based on the attending physician's clinical judgment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of endocrine or metabolic diseases affecting bone metabolism (e.g., parathyroid dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, etc.); 2. Long-term use of medications that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, antiepileptics, or immunosuppressants; 3. Prior systematic treatment with anti-osteoporosis drugs (e.g., bisphosphonates, denosumab, etc.); 4. Presence of severe infection, malignant tumor, or active inflammatory disease; 5. Any other condition that, in the investigator's judgment, makes the subject unsuitable for participation in this study;
