Patients were divided into four groups according to blood purification modality: Group 1 received conventional HD alone
Group 2 received HD combined with HP (with no restriction on treatment frequency)
Group 3 received HD combined with HDF (with no restriction on treatment frequency)
Group 4 received a combination of HD, HD+HP, and HDF.:None

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with uremic stage of chronic kidney disease, aged >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for >= 6 months, 3 times per week, 3-4 hours per session; blood flow rate 200-300 mL/min. Not receiving HA130/HDF treatment, or preparing to receive relevant treatment; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia, cognitive impairment, or mental illness; 2. Severe infection, severe hypotension, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Advanced cancer with short life expectancy; 5. Preparing to undergo peritoneal dialysis or kidney transplantation.
