Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 30 years old (inclusive of 30 years old); 2. Currently residing in Yangqu County, Shanxi Province or Shanghai, and have no plan to move to other places in the future; 3. Score of the RBD Screening Questionnaire (RBD screening questionnaire, RBDSQ) is = 5 points 4. Can understand the informed consent form, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious or unstable other diseases that make it impossible to undergo the project assessment. 2. There is cognitive dysfunction and the person is unable to cooperate. 3. They refuse to participate in this research.
