Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken prior to orthodontic treatment in the years 2005, 2010, 2015, or 2020, with clear visualization of both hard and soft tissues. 2.Aged between 10 and 12 years, in the pre-peak growth stage (determined by a cervical vertebral maturation stage of S3-S4). 3.Either male or female. 4.No history of previous orthodontic treatment. 5.Absence of: Genetic or systemic diseases known to affect craniofacial growth and development. Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Congenital cleft lip and/or palate. History of acquired trauma to the craniofacial region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of orthodontic treatment. 2.Presence of any condition affecting craniofacial development, including: Genetic or systemic disorders Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) diseases Congenital cleft lip/palate Acquired craniofacial trauma;
