Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 to 65 years old; 2. The upper and lower posterior teeth cannot be preserved due to factors such as dental caries, pulp disease, periapical disease, tooth fracture, severe misalignment, and impaction, and need to be extracted; 3. The overall condition is good and there are no contraindications for surgery; 4. Be informed of the treatment related situation and sign a surgical informed consent form before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have decompensated metabolic diseases and systemic diseases affecting bone healing (such as uncontrolled diabetes, fasting blood glucose = 7.0mmol/L or blood glucose = 11.1mmol/L 2 hours after meal, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 2.Uncontrolled acute infection of the tooth extraction socket or surrounding tissues, or the presence of severe periodontal disease; 3.Bone wall fracture during tooth extraction; 4.Currently using statins, chemotherapy drugs, bisphosphonates, corticosteroids, or immunosuppressants; 5.Individuals with metabolic bone diseases, such as osteoporosis; 6.Patients who have smoked in the past 3 months and are unable to quit smoking during the study period; Having serious unhealthy lifestyle habits (such as alcoholism); 7.Received radiation therapy in the past five years; 8.Poor blood quality makes it impossible to prepare sufficient autologous platelet concentrate products.
