Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.16–17 months; 2.Healthy full-term infants (>=37 completed gestational weeks), singletons, and not been diagnosed by any authoritative institution with global developmental delay or any other significant medical condition; 3.Each child had a consistent primary caregiver, who was aged 65 years or younger, and neither the child nor the primary caregiver had plans to relocate from the local area within the next 12 months. 4.The primary caregiver was willing to participate in the project and able to attend follow-up visits as scheduled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The child had a history of birth trauma, intrauterine/perinatal/postnatal asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, or intracranial hemorrhage. 2.The child's parents or siblings had been diagnosed with neurological disorders, psychiatric or developmental conditions, or other chronic illnesses that would make them unsuitable for studies on brain development and function. 3.The primary caregiver had been diagnosed with a psychiatric or neurological disorder, such as depression or schizophrenia.
