Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula in the upper limb; 2. The duration of hemodialysis treatment is >=3 months; 3. Those with normal cognitive function and no communication barriers; 4. Informed consent, willing to accept and cooperate with the implementation of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing dialysis using other vascular access; 2. Those who are unable to take care of themselves in daily life; 3. Mental disorders, cognitive impairments, visual or hearing impairments; 4. Those with acute infections, surgical trauma, malignant tumors, skeletal and muscular system malformations, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or motor dysfunction who are unable to perform Tai Chi Softball exercises; 5. Patients with hypertension and hypotension that have not been effectively controlled; 6. Patients preparing for kidney transplantation.
