Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject voluntarily signed the informed consent form for this trial; 2. Patients over 18 years of age with a clinical diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia; 3. Patients with pre-treatment VAS >= 4 points or significant adverse reactions to drug treatment (such as dizziness, somnolence, etc.); 4. Disease course >= 2 weeks, scheduled to receive pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) treatment; 5. Cognitive function is normal, able to objectively describe symptoms, and able to actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria or are deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by a physician; 2. Those with coexisting coagulation system disorders or local infections; 3. Those unable to cooperate with the use of VR devices; 4. Those with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 5. Those with cognitive dysfunction, inability to communicate, or inability to cooperate with questionnaire surveys; 6. Pregnant or lactating female patients are excluded; 7. Patients with moderate to high myopia or ocular diseases; 8. Those prone to motion sickness.
