Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2. Age >= 60 years old; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score > 8;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Depressive disorders caused by organic lesions; 2. Depressive disorders caused by somatic diseases; 3. Patients with other severe mental disorders;
