18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No systematic treatment before hospital admission; 2. The patient is diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and has imaging evidence; 3. Emergency patients aged >=18 years; 4. The patient or their family agrees to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of infectious diseases within the past month; 2. History of head trauma or neurological diseases; 3. Non-isolated brain injury; 4. Patient did not receive primary treatment at this hospital; 5. History of severe disability, dementia, organ dysfunction, other serious injuries, or language dysfunction before onset; 6. Subject refuses to participate in this study.
