18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 80 years old (inclusive), of any gender, voluntarily participate in this study and sign written informed consent; 2. Fresh closed long bone fractures of the extremities confirmed by clinical and imaging (X-ray, CT) examinations, suitable for intramedullary nail fixation, including femoral fractures, tibial fractures, and other extremity fractures; 3. Able to tolerate surgery; 4. Understand the study procedures, willing and able to cooperate with the prescribed postoperative rehabilitation plan, clinical and imaging follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture; 2. Active infection in the surgical area or systemic infection; 3. Combined vascular and nerve injury requiring priority treatment; 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes with HbA1c > 8%, coagulation disorders with INR > 1.4 or platelets < 100×10?/L); 5. Mental illness that prevents cooperation with surgery or follow-up.
