18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with LA-NSCLC; 2. No other primary tumors; 3. Patients with newly diagnosed tumors; 4. 18F-FDG PET/CT images available before treatment for tumor patients; 5. Complete clinical and follow-up data for patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior antitumor therapy; 2. Presence of another primary malignant tumor; 3. PET/CT image quality insufficient for radiological analysis (e.g., inadequate for contour delineation); 4. Lack of follow-up data; 5. Follow-up CT image quality insufficient for response assessment.
