Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for elective prone position spinal surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASA classification II-IV; 4. Expected to require intraoperative vasopressor intervention; 5. Signed informed consent and able to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to norepinephrine or noradrenaline; 2. History of dementia, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or any other brain diseases that may hinder communication; 3. Hearing/vision impairment, speech disorders, or conditions such as endotracheal intubation that may impede communication; 4. Coma or deep sedation; 5. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 6. Simultaneously participating in other interventional clinical trials.
