Ectopic double-lumen bronchial catheter

Interventions

Fixed high-voltage group (Group H:Maintain the bronchial cuff (blue cuff) to fix the high pressure
Conventional control group (Group C:Adjust the pressure of the bronchial mantle (blue mantle) based on personal experience
Fixed low-pressure group (Group L):Maintain the bronchial cuff (blue cuff) to fix the low pressure

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3.BMI18-30Kg / m2; 4.For elective left thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery, a left double-lumen tube needs to be inserted; 5.Sign a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to participate in this study; 2.Preoperative pharyngitis, ulcers, combined asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 3.Difficult airway (Mallampati= grade 3); 4.Preoperative active respiratory tract infection and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3 or above); 5.There is a history of throat surgery or trauma; 6.It is possible that the model of the double-lumen tube needs to be changed during the operation;
