Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 75 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Patients diagnosed as having benign long-segment ureteral stenosis in the upper or middle segment through preoperative examinations such as B-ultrasound, CTU, MRU, anterograde and retrograde angiography, etc.; 3. Have recurrent pain in the waist or other discomforts, or have repeated urinary tract infections due to hydronephrosis, or have confirmed renal function impairment on renal dynamic examination on the affected side; 4. Due to the long length of the stenotic segment (generally over 2-3 cm), direct end-to-end anastomosis techniques such as ureteral end-to-end anastomosis or dissection-type renal pelvis reconstruction are not suitable; 5. The stenosis is benign; 6. The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form; 7. The requirements of the clinical study are easy to understand and judge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In cases where the narrow sections are too long or there are multiple narrow areas, autologous patch ureteral reconstruction surgery cannot be performed. 2. Patients with diseases such as severe cardiac, pulmonary and liver dysfunction, uncontrolled severe bleeding tendency, unstable blood sugar control in diabetes, etc., have contraindications for anesthesia or surgery. 3. Patients with oral mucosal diseases where samples cannot be obtained, such as Behcet's disease, etc. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Patients with mental disorders.
