18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI; 3.Stroke duration <= 3 months; 4.Moca score < 26 points; 5.Informed consent given by the legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients during the acute stage of stroke or with unstable vital signs; 2.With cognitive disorder before the stroke; 3.Those with severe visual, auditory, speech, cognitive, or consciousness impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment and examination; 4.Combining severe primary diseases such as those affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, respiratory system, hematopoietic system, and tumors; 5.Individuals with strong magnetic objects in their bodies, such as fixed metal dentures, pacemakers, steel plates, or steel nails; 6.Patients with mental disorders and epilepsy; 7.Claustrophobia, pregnant patients; 8.Participating in other clinical studies;
