To deeply investigate the perceptions, actual rotation experiences, core learning needs, and preferred teaching methods of Chinese residents regarding geriatrics training, and to provide empirical evidence for developing a learner-centered geriatrics residency training program that meets the clinical practice needs in China.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Physicians who are currently participating in or have completed the standardized residency training; 2.Having completed or been undergoing rotations in relevant departments such as Geriatrics, Internal Medicine (Geriatric Ward), and General Practice during their training. 3.Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Specialist physicians in geriatric medicine (as their training objectives and content depth are fundamentally different from those of the general resident population in this study).
