Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the 2022 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urology and Andrology Diseases, patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract stones are standardized; 2.Age over 18 years old; 3.Gender is not limited; 4.The size and location of the stones meet the indications for PCNL, RIRS, or URSL; 5.Inpatients undergoing urological surgery at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbidities such as cardiovascular dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, etc. who cannot tolerate surgery; 2.Patients with urinary system tumors and severe urinary system malformations (such as ectopic kidneys, renal malrotation, scoliosis, horseshoe kidneys, etc.); 3.Undertaking other major surgeries during the same period; 4.Severe infection and sepsis occurred before surgery. 5.The relevant clinical medical records are incomplete.
