18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Frequency of headache:(1). Headache attacks occur for at least 15 days each month and last for more than 3 months;(2). At least 8 days per month are characteristic of migraine (see below); 2. Migraine characteristics (at least two of the following must be met) : (1).Unilateral pain; (2).Throbbing pain (jumping pain);(3). Moderate to severe pain (affecting daily activities); (4). Aggravated after activity (such as walking, climbing stairs); Accompanying symptoms (at least one of the following must be met) : Nausea and/or vomiting; Photophobia (fear of light) and phonophobia (fear of sound). 3. The total PSQI score is greater than or equal to 5 points; 4. Age 18-75 years old; 5. No preventive medication for migraines was used.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tension-type headache, cluster headache, neuralgic headache, secondary headache (such as intracranial lesions, hypertension, etc.)
