Special designed spectacle group:Wearing DOT 0.2 for one year
Multifocal soft contact lens group:Wearing DFSCL for one year
Special designed spectacle switching to multifocal soft contact lens group:Wearing DOT 0.2 for the first 6 months, and switching to DFSCL for the last 6 months
Multifocal soft contact lens switching to group special designed spectacle:Wearing DFSCL for the first 6 months, and switching to DOT 0.2 for the last 6 months

8 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 8-11 years old; 2. Myopia: -3.00 D to -0.75 D; 3. Astigmatism <=0.75 D; 4. Anisometropia< 1.00D; 5. Best corrected visual acuity: Monocular ETDRS 20/25 or better in both eyes; 6. Normal ocular health; 7. Normal binocular visual function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from eye diseases such as keratoconjunctivitis, glaucoma, strabismus, etc; 2. Other myopia control methods have been used, such as OK lenses, atropine, and defocus frame glasses; 3. Poor compliance and failure to follow up on time; 4. Refuse randomization.
