Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–40 years; 2.Singleton pregnancy; 3.Gestational age between 0 and 12?6 weeks; 4.Provided written informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study; 5.Able to understand and independently complete the study questionnaires;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-pregnancy diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or other major endocrine or metabolic disorders; 2.A confirmed diagnosis before pregnancy of depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder (mania), schizophrenia, or other psychiatric disorders; 3.Receipt of formal psychological or psychiatric treatment during pregnancy; 4.Incomplete key study data during pregnancy; 5.Failure to undergo an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT);
