Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with prediabetes, according to the diagnostic criteria in "Expert Consensus on the Intervention of Adult Diabetes Prevalence in China (2023 Edition)" (the latest domestic guideline), IFG >= 6.1 and = 7.8 and = 5.7 and < 6.5%; 2. Age: Young adults aged 18 to 59; 3. Have certain reading and comprehension abilities; 4. Be able to use smartphones and complete the entire follow-up process; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with other types of diabetes; 2. Patients using drugs that may affect glucose metabolism or those that influence body weight; 3. Those with a history of severe mental illness or neurological disorders; 4. Those with severe organic lesions or a history of malignant tumors; 5. Patients with communication disorders, consciousness disorders, or those who cannot cooperate to complete the intervention.
