Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 7-13 years old; 2. Gender: no restriction; 3. Immature permanent tooth with open apex (Nolla stage 7-9); 4. Traumatically injured tooth is a single-rooted tooth in either jaw; 5. Presence of pulp necrosis accompanied by acute or chronic apical periodontitis; 6. No significant periodontal disease in the injured tooth; 7. No history of antibiotic allergy, no systemic disease, in good general health, and with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Potential subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Tooth crown fracture is composite or longitudinal; 2. Patients are physically unable to tolerate prolonged oral treatment; 3. Incomplete data that affects the judgment of treatment efficacy.
