Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Able to walk independently; 3. Score >=1 on the Apathy Syndrome Scale II; 4. No contraindications to exercise confirmed through the pre-exercise health screening questionnaire (expert version) issued by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in the ACSM Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe visual, auditory impairments or communication difficulties; 2. Those with severe heart, brain, lung, vascular, liver, kidney, bone and muscle diseases or other contraindications for exercise; 3. Those with a history of fractures within the past six months; 4. Those with cognitive or mental disorders; 5. Those who have recently participated in other physical or psychological intervention programs.
