Conditions

Lumbopelvic pain (LBPP) includes low back pain (LBP) and/or pelvic girdle pain (PGP), typically lasting more than one week. Low back pain is defined as pain located between the lower rib margin and the top of the gluteal fold. Pelvic girdle pain is defined as pain at the pubic symphysis and/or one or both sacroiliac joint areas, as well as pain in the buttocks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who have registered for prenatal check-ups in our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department; 2.Age 18 and above; 3.Pregnancy duration of 28 weeks or more; 4.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of mental and neurological disorders; 2.History of trauma and surgical history in the thoracolumbar and pelvic region; 3.History of spinal disorders such as scoliosis, spinal tumors, and spinal tuberculosis; 4.Those who cannot understand, express, or communicate normally;
