Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients undergoing cerebral artery thrombectomy. 2.Admission diagnosis of acute cerebral artery occlusion. 3.Age = 18 years with a premorbid mRS score = 1. 4.Patients with complete preoperative examinations. 5.Voluntarily provided written informed consent and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age = 80 years. 2.Expected survival of less than 1 year. 3.Peri-pregnancy and perinatal patients. 4.Patients with impaired consciousness who are unable to communicate normally. 5.Incomplete laboratory tests and imaging examinations. 6.Unable to comply with the study protocol and/or follow-up. 7.Premorbid mRS score = 4 prior to stroke onset.
