Interventions
1-1:Patients in the sertraline group received 8 weeks of full-dose treatment.
1-2:Patients in the fluoxetine group received 8 weeks of full-dose treatment.
1-3:Patients in the fluvoxamine group received 8 weeks of full-dose treatment.
2-1:Patients in the Atypical Antipsychotics group received 5 weeks of full-dose treatment.
2-2:Patients in the DTMS treatment group received 20 sessions of deep transcranial magnetic stimulation over a 5-week period.
2-3:Patients underwent CBT therapy twice weekly for a duration of five weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the diagnostic criteria for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). 2.Scored >=16 on the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) (Goodman, 1989) and were assessed as having poor insight via the Brown Assessment of Beliefs Scale (BABS). Poor insight was primarily defined as a total BABS score >=12, and a score >=3 on the "conviction" item (indicating essentially or completely believing the obsessive belief or anxiety to be true). 3.Aged between 16 and 65 years, and of Han Chinese ethnicity. 4.Had not received any psychotherapy specifically for OCD within the past month. Possessed a junior high school education level or higher.Understood the study content and provided written informed consent, participating voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Treatment-refractory Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). 2.OCD attributed to physical diseases, schizophrenia, or substance abuse/dependence. 3.History of neurodegenerative disorders, traumatic brain injury, or cerebrovascular disease; or history of significant physical illnesses such as severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or poorly controlled diabetes. 4.History of head trauma, neurological injury, or recurrent headache episodes; presence of contraindications for DTMS (e.g., history of epileptic seizures within the past 12 months, implanted metal objects such as dental prostheses, pacemakers, metal fixtures, or other electronic devices). 5.Received DTMS treatment or Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) within the past 12 months.
