Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From 2017 to 2025, patients with combined TBI who underwent surgery were retrieved from the perioperative database of the Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, meeting the following criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with acute TBI requiring surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died during surgery; 2. Non-acute traumatic brain injury; 3. Data missing >20%; 4. Age <18 years; 5. Transferred patients (including cases transferred from other hospitals due to worsening condition, and transferred to other hospitals for continued treatment); 6. Intraoperative body temperature greater than or equal to 37.5°C.
